Required Inspections

Construction or work for which a building permit is required shall be subject to an inspection by the Code Enforcement staff and such construction or work shall remain visible and able to be accessed for inspection purposes until approved. Neither the Inspector, nor the jurisdiction shall be liable for any expense entailed in the removal or replacement of any material required to allow such inspection.

In some cases before or after issuing a building permit, Code Enforcement staff is authorized to examine or cause to be examined buildings, structures, and sites for which an application has been filed.
