Initial Interview

Once an applicant passes the written and agility tests, and has no automatic disqualifiers, they are placed on the eligibility list based on their test score. Human Resources rules require we interview 3 applicants for every vacancy. Example: If five vacancies currently exist, we interview 15 applicants (if available) starting with the highest test score and moving down the eligibility list.
